This year, through a meditation led by Jothi Siddhar Sri Pranaji, Lord Shiva’s consciousness will be invoked and transmitted to all participants in the unique Pranashakty way. For a brief but potent duration of 10 minutes, participants will experience the full magnitude of Shiva consciousness. This sacred transmission is designed to facilitate a shift within your energy system, aiding in the burning of karma and spiritual awakening. This extraordinary transmission, facilitated by Jothi Siddhar Sri Pranaji, is designed to initiate a shift within your energy system, aiding in the dissolution of karmic blocks and the enhancement of spiritual clarity. Preperation

Open for all, with mandatory liquid fasting* for 3 days before the event. Pregnant women, children under 15 years, and individuals taking medication for psychological issues should not attend this event.

* Fasting Instructions:
To fully receive and integrate the divine transmission, a 3-day fast with a liquid diet is crucial. This preparation ensures your body and spirit are ready to accept the powerful energy of Shiva.

Examples of liquid diet

Only vegitarian/natural and non-acoholic liquid food such as,

  1. Water: Water is the most basic yet essential part of any diet, providing hydration and supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes.
  2. Milk: Milk is a good form of liquid diet. It is event better of consumed warm with a pinch of turmeric for added benefits.
  3. Fresh Fruit Juices: Freshly squeezed juices from fruits.
  4. Normal Tea & Coffee: Even though not considered as the best form of liquid diet, we understand the need of having them to get required energy to carry out daily work responsibilities.
  5. Herbal Teas: Herbal teas made from herbs like basil (Tulsi), peppermint, chamomile, or ginger. These are chosen for their calming, cleansing, and rejuvenating properties.
  6. Coconut Water: Natural coconut water is an excellent source of hydration and nutrients, embodying the Satvik qualities of being pure and natural.
  7. Others: Any other vegitarian, non-alcoholic and nutitious liquid diet advised by doctor ot your local custom/practices.
