Instructions for daily practice

We hope that meditation is going fine. We recommend that you continue this practice at least till 4th Aug 2022. If you wish, you may extend it after 4th August, as long as you want.

This meditation will slowly make your mind calm, and focused, release stress, increase inner happiness, strength to cope with daily issues, and be less influenced by media and negativity. You will start to realize how independent are you in making decisions, slowly opening of the heart and unconditional love. The connection to Jothi Siddhar Sri Pranaji also can be felt as divine energy flow to you. This process gradually happens over 1 to 2 weeks of practice and if needed to have stronger results can continue beyond the 2 weeks also.

Here are the daily practice instructions for Guru Purnima 2022. This practice can be done only by those who have received Diksha on 13th July 2022. 

Usage by those who have not received Diksha can create an imbalance in the energy system. If you have not received Diksha, please DO NOT TRY this.

Daily Meditation Process

We have prepared three images for daily meditation. They contain different energies to help with various aspects of your mental strength. For daily practice, you just need to watch each image for 2 minutes and close your eyes for 10 minutes for meditation. Once you watch one image, please give a gap of at least 3 hours before watching the next image. Click each of the following links to open them. Please start with “Meditation 1”, followed by “Meditation 2” and then “Meditation 3”.  You can do it at any time of the day.

Mediation 1: Strong emotional Balance »

After watching for 2 minutes, meditate for 10 minutes. Then wait for at least 3 hours and view the next image.

Mediation 2: Calmness & focus »

After watching for 2 minutes, meditate for 10 minutes. Then wait for at least 3 hours and view the next image.

Mediation 3: Free thinking and independence »

After watching for 2 minutes, meditate for 10 minutes. You can re-start the meditation tomorrow.
